The following General Conditions apply to the purchase of products from the internet site deviantsilver.com; sales are governed by D.Lgs 206/2005; personal data protection is governed by Lgs. D. no 196/2003.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Customers placing their order on the deviantsilver.com website accept the general conditions listed there and declare they have read and agree with everything listed, taking into account that deviantsilver.com is only bound to the conditions listed there and to no others.
COMMITMENTS OF THE CUSTOMER
Before confirming their orders, Customers must read the general conditions of sale. Placing an order implies reading and accepting the above mentioned conditions, as well as accepting the conditions listed in art. 3 and 4 of Lgs. D. no 185/1999.
PURCHASE CONDITIONS
Customers purchase products, available as shown and described on the e-commerce site deviantsilver.com, at the price shown. Delivery charges are added and displayed when the order is confirmed.
During the purchase confirmation phase, Customers are shown the cost of each item (the total cost if more than one item is purchased) and the delivery charges. When the purchase is confirmed, Customers will receive an e-mail with the order number, the date, the total cost and details.
PRICES
VAT is included in all the prices shown on the deviantsilver.com website.
The jewel’s price, shown on the product page, includes:

- Guarantee
- Gift wrapping
- Packaging
The jewel’s price does not include:
Delivery charges are made separately, are shown on the product page and added to the order cost when the order is confirmed.

Items must be paid for in full before they are delivered. Payment can be made in the following ways:

Payment via bank transfer must be received within 7 working days from the date the order is confirmed. The reference on the bank transfer must include: order number and date, customer name and surname. To make delivery quicker send an e-mail to clienti@deviantsilver.com with a copy of the bank transfer receipt attached to it; deviantsilver.com commits to sending the goods within 24 hours of receiving the e-mail and attachment. The bank coordinates for the bank transfer are on the copy of the order sent by email.
[Payment with postal order]
Payment via postal order must be received within 7 working days from the date the order is confirmed. The reference on the postal order must include: order number and date, customer name and surname. To make delivery quicker send an e-mail with a copy of the postal order receipt attached to it; deviantsilver.com commits to sending the goods within 24 hours of receiving the e-mail and attachment. The address for the postal order is on the copy of the order sent by email.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Deviantsilver.com delivers the purchased items within 3 working days from the date payment is received, in the way specified by the customer when the order was confirmed. Deliveries are made on all working days (but not holidays) via registered mail. Customers must sign the delivery documents when they receive the items. Deviantsilver.com declines all responsibility for delayed deliveries or no delivery caused by incorrect addresses or force majeure causes related to the delivery company. An e-mail with a tracking number will be sent as soon as the items are sent, so the parcel can be tracked online and customers can check the exact day of delivery.

WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
If the delivered product does not match the description on the deviantsilver.com product page or if the product is faulty (despite our thorough checks), it will be immediately replaced. Replacement and redelivery expenses for faulty items will be paid by deviantsilver.com
According to D.Lgs no 206/2005, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 working days from the date the items were received: expenses for the return of the items are to be paid by the customers. Upon receiving the product and after the conformity check (undamaged item, packaging and documents) deviantsilver.com will immediately refund the customer of the jewel price, in the way requested by the customer.

GOVERNING LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
This contract is governed by Italian law.
Should any dispute arise over the effectiveness, interpretation or execution of this contract the place of jurisdiction is the Judiciary Branch of Alba (CN), or the Judiciary Branch of the customer’s domicile.
