Satisfaction Guaranteed policy (D.Lgs no 206/2005)
If, for any reason, you are not happy with the product you purchased, DEVIANTSILVER guarantees it will replace the item(s) at no additional cost to you with an other/others of the same value. Alternatively, you can ask for a total refund. .
To use the Satisfaction Guaranteed policy please follow these simple instructions:
Within 10 days of receiving your parcel please request a refund or replacement, explaining the reason you are returning the item and stating if you wish for a refund or a replacement with an item of the same value.
DEVIANTSILVER will immediately start the refund process and will confirm the refund in the 24 hours after the request was received. Returning the item is at the customer's expense. If the product is faulty, delivery charges will be paid by DEVIANTSILVER.

Returned items must be in the original, sealed package and all certificates must be included; if the customer delays returning the product it could make the time required for a refund longer.
Within 5 days from the day DEVIANTSILVER received the request for a refund or replacement, we will send the customer the new products or the full refund (delivery charges not included), paying as requested by the customer.
